Pasión emprendedora: Un estudio bibliométrico

Resumen

Objetivo: El objetivo de este estudio fue identificar el estado del arte de las publicaciones sobre la pasión emprendedora, así como la evolución y el potencial para futuras investigaciones. Metodología: Se realizó un estudio bibliométrico en las bases de datos Scopus, Web of Science y Science Direct. Con la ayuda del software Start se seleccionaron 665 artículos, luego de los criterios de exclusión quedaron 64 artículos, los cuales fueron sometidos a análisis y revisión de literatura. Resultados: En el análisis bibliométrico se describió la evolución de las publicaciones en el campo, los estudios más citados, la contribución de las revistas y los principales temas investigados. A través del análisis temático, parece que hay un campo para futuros estudios. Aportes teóricos/metodológicos: El estudio apunta, a través de las publicaciones analizadas, cuáles fueron los efectos de la pasión emprendedora, tanto como variable dependiente, independiente y mediadora o moderadora. Con ello presenta un amplio panorama que permite evaluar los efectos de la pasión en el comportamiento de los emprendedores. Originalidad/Relevancia: El estudio señala un panorama de las publicaciones sobre el tema de la pasión emprendedora, analizando sus efectos determinantes, así como sus consecuencias. Contribuciones sociales/de gestión: este estudio puede ayudar a los estudiantes de posgrado e investigadores a crear agendas de investigación. Para los emprendedores, los resultados apuntan a los múltiples efectos de la pasión emprendedora, que pueden incentivarlos a buscar desarrollarla. Para las instituciones educativas que trabajan con el espíritu empresarial, las discusiones pueden ayudar a construir programas y prácticas de educación empresarial.
