Resumen

Objetivo: El artículo analiza el emprendimiento étnico como fenómeno organizativo emergente, proporcionando una revisión sistemática de la literatura. Metodolo: Se utiliza un enfoque de triangulación que combina análisis bibliométrico, de redes, citas y co-citas, junto con un metaanálisis de las bibliometrías del periodo. Además, incluye un análisis de contenido que destaca las características de los estudios, sus principales hallazgos y propuestas para futuras investigaciones. Principales Resultados: Las redes étnicas son cruciales para valorar la identidad y superar obstáculos, moderando la decisión emprendedora. Se propone un marco teórico más amplio para entender el emprendimiento étnico. Contribuciones Teóricas/Metodológicas: El estudio emplea un enfoque combinado que puede ser replicado en investigaciones similares, destacando la inmersión social, redes coétnicas y la Sociología Económica como marcos teóricos fundamentales. Relevancia/Originalidad: En un contexto de migración global, los individuos recurren al emprendimiento para obtener valoración étnica, igualdad y supervivencia, enfrentándose a barreras en los países anfitriones. Este estudio aclara cómo se relacionan estos fenómenos emergentes. Contribuciones Sociales/De Gestión: El artículo aborda temas clave como género, construcción de redes, financiamiento, políticas públicas y prejuicios. Ofrece información valiosa para gestores, investigadores y formuladores de políticas.
