The purpose of this paper is to present entrepreneurial education as a teaching method, understood as a way of combining theory and practice. Therefore, it was used the framework developed by Neck, Greene & Brush (2014) that showed five practices that should be considered for the teaching of entrepreneurship in this perspective: creation, empathy, experimentation, games and reflection. The study design was a case study in depth that shows the Minor course in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MEI) of Universidade Federal Flumimense (UFF). It is expected that this work will allow a reflection on the agendas for entrepreneurial education in Brazil and also think about it as a way to improve education and the social and economic conditions of Brazil.
