Open Access Policy

Last updated: 07/21/2026

The REGEPE Entrepreneurship and Small Business Journal is an Open Access (free) journal for all its content. This means that all content is freely available at no cost to the user or their institution.

Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other legal purpose, without seeking prior permission from the publisher or author, provided they respect the license to use the Creative Commons used by the journal. This definition of open access is in line with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).

REGEPE believes that the principle of making scientific knowledge freely available to the public provides greater worldwide democratization of knowledge.

Thematic Dossiers and Special Issues

REGEPE may publish Thematic Dossiers and Special Issues whose specific editorial and publication services are supported by institutional resources or research project funding.

Such support does not constitute an Article Processing Charge (APC) and is not charged to authors. Authors submitting manuscripts to Thematic Dossiers or Special Issues are not required to pay submission, evaluation, processing, or publication fees.
