Proposição de um Novo Método de Seleção de Micro, Pequenas e Médias Empresas de Base Tecnológica (MPEBT)

Muitos estudos cujo tema é a MPEBT se apoiam em diferentes critérios de seleção. Esse procedimento tem se mostrado insatisfatório dificultando a comparação entre os resultados das pesquisas. Contribuindo com essa problemática, o objetivo do presente artigo é propor um novo método para selecionar MPEBT. Na medida em que cresce o interesse de pesquisa pela MPEBT tornando-se clara a necessidade de se ter um critério que possa servir de base para pesquisas futuras. A metodologia abrangeu a revisão da literatura, a definição das variáveis a empregar, bem como a forma de tratamento dessas. Como resultado obteve-se um critério de seleção que envolve 15 variáveis divididas em duas distintas dimensões (dos esforços e resultados) do processo inovativo, que atendem a três importantes critérios: i) o ambiente no qual as MPEBT se inserem; ii) o caráter dinâmico do processo inovativo; iii) a comparabilidade, por basear-se em dados de pesquisas que seguem metodologias internacionalmente aceitas.Downloads
