Historia de La Vida de Los Emprendedores: Estrategia Y Método de Investigación para Estudiar El Aprendizaje Empresarial

Objetivo - Proponer que, a partir de la historia de vida de emprendedores fundadores de startups, es posible descubrir procesos de aprendizaje que ocurrieron en sus vidas incluso antes de que participen en una práctica emprendedora.
Método - Dentro de un enfoque cualitativo e interpretativista, se usó Historia de Vida como estrategia orientadora y método para recopilar datos. Adicionalmente, para delimitar la investigación de las experiencias de los emprendedores, se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas con foco en historias temáticas. Para analizar los datos, se utilizaron dos estrategias interconectadas: el análisis narrativo y el método abductivo.
Resultados - Los resultados permiten identificar la participación de los emprendedores con varias prácticas sociales. Estas prácticas apuntan a la trayectoria de vida de los emprendedores como un continuo proceso de aprendizaje, que indica los fragmentos de aprendizaje que ocurrieron y que se tornaron relevantes para la actual práctica emprendedora.
Contribuciones teóricas/metodológicas - El artículo destaca la naturaleza situada del aprendizaje empresarial como un proceso anclado en prácticas sociales que se inicia anteriormente a participación con una acción emprendedora. Metodológicamente, la investigación sugiere un camino que contribuirá a la formación de una agenda de investigación en el contexto brasileño.
Originalidad/Relevancia - El artículo destaca la contribución de la Historia de Vida y de la Entrevista Temática como herramientas facilitadoras para futuros investigadores interesados en revelar procesos de aprendizaje de los emprendedores, no sólo en momentos anteriores a la práctica del emprendedorismo, sino también durante el proceso de emprender y conducir un negocio.Descargas
