Afrontando las crisis en el emprendimiento y la effectuation

Objetivo: Este ensayo teórico explica cómo se producen las crisis y cómo las afrontan los empresarios, incluso mediante el uso de effectuation. Problema: Las crisis varían en naturaleza, intensidad y duración y ejercen presión sobre las organizaciones y los empresarios. Requieren respuestas rápidas, ingeniosas y adaptadas al contexto de inseguridad y falta de recursos. Sin embargo, falta clarificar cómo se producen para los empresarios y cómo las afrontan. Originalidad: Partiendo de una caracterización de las crisis y de su diversidad, el estudio profundiza en cómo los empresarios afrontan las crisis y cómo effectuation es (o no puede ser) útil en este proceso, destacando los niveles micro y macro de las crisis y las variaciones en las respuestas a las mismas. Contribuciones sociales y de gestión: además de nuevos resultados de investigación, el ensayo ofrece una agenda para futuras publicaciones prometedoras en busca de soluciones a los grandes retos de la humanidad.
