El uso de metodologías ágiles y su contribución a la innovación del modelo de negocio: un estudio de múltiples casos en el contexto de incubadoras y startups

Objetivo: comprender el fenómeno de las metodologías ágiles y su aplicación en la innovación de los modelos de negocio existentes. Metodología: estudio cualitativo, con enfoque de casos múltiples. Principales resultados: los hallazgos empíricos confirmaron la importancia de las contribuciones de las incubadoras al desarrollo de la innovación en las startups incubadas. Aportes teóricos o metodológicos: la investigación corrobora lo que dice la literatura sobre el tema y aporta información útil al proceso de implementación de metodologías ágiles. Relevancia y originalidad: este estudio es relevante porque aborda desafíos aún poco conocidos en la implementación de metodologías ágiles, colaborando así para llenar el vacío en la literatura. Aportes sociales o de gestión: los resultados de este estudio pueden ayudar a los gerentes de startups a enfrentar las adversidades en la implementación y adaptación a metodologías ágiles; y buscar un seguimiento más efectivo de la incubadora a lo largo de este proceso.
