Factores críticos de éxito en la implementación de ERP en la nube en PYMEs: Un estudio de caso en organizaciones brasileñas

Objetivo: Este estudio tiene como objetivo identificar y discutir los Factores Críticos de Éxito (FCE) que impactan en la implementación de ERP en la nube en Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas (PMEs). Método: Se realizó un estudio de casos múltiples en PYMEs brasileñas para identificar los FCE en la implementación del ERP en la nube. Los datos cualitativos se obtuvieron mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas y se analizaron con NVivo. Originalidad/Relevancia: Este estudio compila los FCE que impactan la implementación del ERP en la nube en PYMEs, analizando su efecto a través de casos reales. Resultados: Se identificaron 16 FCE, clasificados según el marco TOE (organizativos, ambientales y tecnológicos). Destacan: competitividad, conocimiento en sistemas de información, flexibilidad de accesibilidad, ventaja relativa y seguridad. Se introducen dos nuevos FCE: buenas prácticas y definición de procesos. Contribuciones teóricas/metodológicas: Este estudio enriquece la literatura al identificar dos nuevos FCE relevantes para la implementación de ERP en la nube en PYMEs. Contribuciones sociales/para la gestión: Los resultados ayudan a las PYMEs a identificar FCE en la implementación del ERP en la nube y apoyan a los proveedores de ERP en la superación de desafíos para ofrecer sistemas eficientes y eficaces.
