Impactos de la educación emprendedora en estudiantes brasileños de educación superior: Un estudio empírico comparando disciplinas obligatorias y electivas

Resumen

Objetivo del estudio: Este estudio tiene como objetivo evaluar los impactos de la educación emprendedora en estudiantes de disciplinas emprendedoras a nivel de pregrado de universidades brasileñas. Metodología: La metodología adoptada fue pre / post de la recolección de datos primarios a través de cuestionarios estructurados entre 398 estudiantes de emprendimiento de 10 disciplinas de pregrado de seis universidades brasileñas, involucrando a doce profesores. El análisis de datos se realizó mediante análisis factorial confirmatoria y pruebas t de comparación de medias pareadas. Principales resultados: Las disciplinas optativas de emprendimiento tienen un mayor impacto positivo (especialmente para las actitudes emprendedoras, el control percibido del comportamiento y la intención emprendedora) para los estudiantes de pregrado, en comparación con las disciplinas obligatorias, que incluso impactaron negativamente algunos factores (ej. actitudes emprendedoras, control percibido del comportamiento e intención emprendedora). Contribuciones teórico / metodológicos: El desarrollo de un modelo para analizar el impacto de la educación emprendedora basado en la literatura reciente y que representa una versión extendida de la Teoría del Comportamiento Planificado incluyendo conocimientos y competencias emprendedores. Relevancia / originalidad: El uso de una metodología rigurosa (pre / post con aplicación de t-test pareada) y la comparación de los efectos de las disciplinas de emprendimiento electivo y obligatorio en una amplia base de dados.
