Título do trabalho: Entre risos e negócios: uma análise das competências empreendedoras dos humoristas
Objetivo: Investigar as competências empreendedoras dos humoristas cearenses pertencentes à indústria criativa local, com destaque e representatividade nacional.
Método: Realizou-se uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa com entrevistas semiestruturadas junto a 12 humoristas cearenses. Para o tratamento dos dados, utilizou-se o método da análise de conteúdo, com o auxílio do software ATLAS.ti 7 para a codificação dos dados obtidos nas entrevistas com os humoristas.
Originalidade/Relevância: Esta pesquisa buscou preencher uma lacuna na literatura empírica e conceitual acerca da atividade empreendedora de humoristas, principalmente diante do desenvolvimento da indústria criativa relacionada ao humor cearense.
Resultados: Os resultados apontaram que: (i) os humoristas desenvolveram competências empreendedoras ao longo de suas carreiras, adquirindo um conjunto de conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes direcionadas ao empreendedorismo, com retorno financeiro e sucesso nas suas atividades profissionais; e (ii) as competências empreendedoras podem impulsionar o desenvolvimento da indústria criativa, diante da criação de negócios para gerar emprego e renda para a sociedade.
Contribuições teóricas/metodológicas: Foi adotado um modelo adaptado para a análise de competências empreendedoras dos humoristas, baseando-se no arcabouço teórico-metodológico de autores como: McClelland (1987), Man e Lau (2000) e Ahmad, Ramayah, Wilson e Kummerow (2010). Além disso, foi obtido um esforço adicional ao alinhar esses modelos das competências empreendedora aos humoristas cearenses, um público pouco investigado no campo dos estudos relacionados à indústria criativa.
